Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Returns or refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to inspection and approval. Products that have been used, altered, washed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

EVOQUE for Her reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.

EVOQUE for Her shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products. Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Fraud & Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, pricing error, or stock unavailability without prior notice.
